Save your smaller broken stems

Collect around 3-7 small stems per boutonniere

Usually the grooms is a bit bigger

Line your stems up so they can sit flat against the chest

The bottom of these stems should be about 1/2” long

Wrap the florist tape around stems

You can then choose to wrap the tape in ribbon

Display the boutonnieres in a special box with a card

Place a boutonniere pin inside the box

If you’re adding fresh flowers, hydrate them well

If you’re adding fresh stems, do it the night before and store them in the fridge with a cold paper towel on top
